Directions:
Boil 2.5Kgs of Turnip, Cauliflowers and Carrot until just tender. Drain the water completely.
Let it dry then mix Roopak's Shalgam Gobhi Gajar achar masala with 500g Jaggery, 250ml Vinegar and 250ml Mustard oil (heat the oil until it begins to smoke lightly) then cool and pour in.
Mix thoroughly and store the pickle in a clean, airtight jar.
