Roopak's Meat Masala Recipe
Here's a simple recipe for Roopak's Meat Masala:
Ingredients:
- 500 Grams of meat
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 Cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-Inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2 Green chilies, chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
- 1 Tablespoon Roopak's Meat Masala (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and the oil starts separating from the mixture.
- Add Roopak's Meat Masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add the meat pieces to the masala mixture. Stir well to coat the meat with the spices.
- Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally. This might take about 20-30 minutes depending on the type of meat you're using.
- Once the meat is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
