Roopak's Meat Masala Recipe

Here's a simple recipe for Roopak's Meat Masala:

  • 500 Grams of meat
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3-4 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1-Inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 2 Green chilies, chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • 1 Tablespoon Roopak's Meat Masala (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  • Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and the oil starts separating from the mixture.
  • Add Roopak's Meat Masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • Add the meat pieces to the masala mixture. Stir well to coat the meat with the spices.
  • Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally. This might take about 20-30 minutes depending on the type of meat you're using.
  • Once the meat is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
