Fry onions & tomatoes in butter till reddish brown.Add Roopaks Chicken Curry masala & stir for few minutes.Then Add chicken & cook for 15-20 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Ingredients:
- 500g Chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Roopak's Chicken Curry Masala
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Water as needed
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan or pressure cooker over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
- Now, add Roopak's Chicken Curry Masala and sauté for a minute to release its flavors.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix well with the masala.
- Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it changes color.
- Add water as needed to adjust the consistency of the curry. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, check for seasoning and add salt if needed.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
