Roopak's Chicken Curry Masala is a popular spice mix used to prepare delicious chicken curry. Here's a basic recipe for making chicken curry using Roopak's Chicken Curry Masala:

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Roopak's Chicken Curry Masala
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan or pressure cooker over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • Now, add Roopak's Chicken Curry Masala and sauté for a minute to release its flavors.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix well with the masala.
  • Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it changes color.
  • Add water as needed to adjust the consistency of the curry. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, check for seasoning and add salt if needed.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
