Here's a simple recipe for Roopak's Tikka Seasoning chicken skewers:
Ingredients:
- 500g Boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 Tablespoons Roopak's Tikka Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup plain yogurt
- Tablespoon lemon juice
- Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions:
- 1. In a bowl, mix together Roopak's Tikka Seasoning, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to create the marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- 4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- 5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice charred appearance. If using an oven, you can bake them at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 6. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
- 7. Serve the Roopak's Tikka Seasoning chicken skewers hot with some naan bread, rice, or a fresh salad on the side. Enjoy your flavorful and aromatic meal!
