Vegetarian Tawa Fry Masala Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, etc.), sliced or chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Roopak's Tawa Fry Masala
- 2 Tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
- Salt to taste
- Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir-fry them for about 5-7 minutes or until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Sprinkle Roopak's Tawa Fry Masala evenly over the vegetables. Stir well to coat all the vegetables with the masala.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors of the masala to infuse into the vegetables.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- Once the vegetables are cooked to your desired tenderness and coated well with the masala, remove the skillet from heat.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
- Serve the Tawa Fry Masala Stir Fry hot as a side dish with rice or roti, or as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.
