Ingredients:

  • 200g Paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons ghee or oil
  • 1 Large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Roopak's Shahi Paneer Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 Cup cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • 1. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
  • 4. Add Roopak's Shahi Paneer Masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.

  • 5. Pour in the cream and mix until well combined. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • 6. Add the cubed paneer to the gravy and gently mix, ensuring the paneer is coated with the masala.
  • 7. Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • 8. Once done, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 9. Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
