Sprinkle generously over Dahi Bhalla,Papri or any Mixed Raita.
Here's a recipe for a classic cucumber raita using Roopak's Raita Masala:
p>Ingredients:- 1 Cup plain yogurt
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 Teaspoon Roopak's Raita Masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Roasted cumin powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
- Add the grated cucumber to the yogurt and mix well.
- Sprinkle Roopak's Raita Masala and salt over the yogurt-cucumber mixture.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and a sprinkle of roasted cumin powder if desired.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish with your favorite Indian meals.
