  • Here's a recipe for "Podina Paratha" using Roopak's Podina Prantha Masala:

    • 2 Cups whole wheat flour
    • 1 Medium-sized potato, boiled and mashed
    • 1 Onion, finely chopped
    • 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
    • 1 Tablespoon Roopak's Podina Prantha Masala
    • Salt to taste
    • Water for kneading
    • Ghee or oil for cooking

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, mashed potato, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, Roopak's Podina Prantha Masala, and salt.
    • Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 15-20 minutes.
    • Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
    • Take one ball of dough and roll it out into a small disc using a rolling pin. Dust with flour as needed to prevent sticking.
    • Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled-out dough disc on the hot tawa.
    • Cook for a minute or so, then flip the paratha and spread some ghee or oil on the cooked side.
    • Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy, pressing down gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
    • Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.
    • Serve the Podina Parathas hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
    • Enjoy your flavorful Podina Parathas made with Roopak's Podina Prantha Masala!
