Ingredients:
- 1 Cup plain yogurt (preferably full-fat)
- 1 Cup cold water
- 1/2 Teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
- 1/4 Teaspoon chaat masala
- A pinch of black pepper
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, add plain yogurt, cold water, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, and black pepper.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
