Fry onions & tomatoes till reddish brown.Add Roopaks Keema masala & stir for few minutes.Then Add Keema ( Minced Meat ) & cook for 15-20 minutes.

Here's a simple recipe for Roopak's Keema Masala:


  • 500g Minced meat (can be chicken, lamb, beef, or any combination)
  • 2 Tablespoons oil or ghee
  • 1 Large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Green chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust according to taste)
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 Teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish


  • Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for another couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and the oil starts separating from the masala.
  • Now add the minced meat and mix well with the masala.
  • Cook the meat until it changes color and releases its juices.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook the keema on low heat until it's cooked through, stirring occasionally. This might take around 20-25 minutes.
  • Once the keema is cooked and the oil starts separating, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
