Roopak's Fruit Juice Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon black salt
- 1 Tablespoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper powder
- 1 Tablespoon dried mango powder (amchur)
- 1 Tablespoon dried ginger powder
- 1 Teaspoon rock salt (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
- 1 Teaspoon dried mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, dried mango powder, dried ginger powder, rock salt (if using), chaat masala (if using), and dried mint leaves (if using). Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or spice jar for storage.
- To use, simply sprinkle a pinch or two of the fruit juice masala over your favorite fruit juice before serving. Stir well to incorporate the masala into the juice.
- Adjust the quantity of masala according to your taste preferences. You can also experiment with adding other spices or ingredients to customize the flavor to your liking.
