Here's a simple recipe using Roopaks BBQ Seasoning Masala to make BBQ Chicken:
Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tablespoons Roopaks BBQ Seasoning Masala
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Optional: additional BBQ sauce for serving
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together Roopaks BBQ Seasoning Masala, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the BBQ chicken with your favorite sides and optionally drizzle with additional BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
