Heat a few table spoons of oil in a pan, add the Roopaks Achari Masala and stir for a few minutes, once this tangy and zesty masala is ready you can add anything form pre-fried vegetables to chicken to complete the dish.
Achari Chicken Recipe
Here's a recipe for Achari Chicken using Roopak's Achari Masala:
Ingredients:
- 500g Chicken, cut into pieces
- 3 Tablespoons Roopak's Achari Masala
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with Roopak's Achari Masala and keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add marinated chicken pieces along with any remaining marinade.
- Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through, stirring occasionally. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
